		<description>The writer leaves the impression that double system sound recording is a hindrance and something to be eliminated.  In fact, it is preferable to one person capturing picture and sound.  One person cannot do as good a job at doing two jobs than a dedicated cameraperson and soundperson.  Also, if single system sound is utilized, it pretty much means a camera-mounted mic.  Professional sound persons know that the camera location is almost never also the ideal mic location.  You want a dedicated sound person because while the audience might put up with less than ideal picture, they have much less tolerance for bad sound.</description>

		<description>A interesting graph. You can really see the point noise increases. It would be interesting to see the numbers for some other cameras.

I did a visual &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.carlchapman.com/workflow/equipment/noise-comparison-canon-powershot-g11-vs-g10/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt; noise comparison between the Canon G11 and G10&lt;/a&gt;, but graphing it is a much better approach.
