Apple 27″ iMac Editing Workstations

The Jonathan Mednick Production Lab received an upgrade of state-of-the-art 27″ iMac computers. These new workstations are equipped with 3.4Ghz Core i7 processors, 16GB of DDR 3 RAM, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M graphics processor with 2GB of GDDR5 memory, 2560×1440 LED Retina display, USB 3.0 & Thunderbolt interfaces, and OS X Mountain Lion.

This all purpose hub supports current and legacy interfaces to allow for a smooth transition from prior to current and even future technologies. This will ensure that your Firewire 400 & 800 portable hard drives are still compatible with these new workstations.
