Showbiz Budgeting

Out with the old and in with the new. UCF Film has acquired support from Showbiz Software by providing us with copies of their amazing Budgeting & Actualization 8 production software. A great tool for all stages of your production:

• From Prep: Create any type of budget from commercials, music video, feature film, TV, corporate video, post production, and still photography.
• To Shoot: Showbiz Budgeting keeps working as well. Its built-in actualization tool lets you track purchase orders, petty cash envelopes, payroll and more.
• To Wrap: Showbiz Budgeting delivers the reports you need to make your wrap package look sharp.

Showbiz Budgeting has replaced EP Budgeting on all workstations in the Production Lab, Capstone Suites, and Graduate Production Offices. EP will remain on the three Mac Mini “Writing Lab” workstations until the end of the spring semester for those projects currently underway. Be sure to download the user manual and keep it handy to help you through the transition.
