Graduate Production Offices
The effort marches on! Remodeled Graduate Production Offices (GPOs) roll off the assembly line to provide a base of operations for our MFA thesis feature films!
Graduate Production Office | CEM-132E is now finalized and will serve as the homebase to Alex Bowser’s MFA thesis feature film “Bad Pixels.” This is the first of three offices being permanently assembled as a graduate workspace. GPO | CEM-132D is on track to come online Friday, June 26th to house Marcos Casilli’s MFA thesis feature film “The Last Two Years of David Brachman,” and GPO | CEM-132B will be available for occupancy the first week of July.
Graduate Production Office amenities include:
- (2 per office) Dell Dimension workstations – Final Draft, Scenechronize, Ep Budgeting, Google Docs, Drop Box, Open Office, & much more
- (2 per office) HP InkJet scanner/printer combos
- (1 per office) dedicated phone line with voicemail
- Office furniture with file cabinets, overhead storage, and seating for four (per office)
Graduate student access also includes the following dedicated Film spaces:
- (3) dedicated Graduate Editing Suites | CEM-132A, 132C, & 132F
- (1) dedicated Conference Room | CEM-132G – Complete with communal fax machine and conference phone line
Additional access is available to the following Center of Emerging Media spaces:
- Break Room | CEM-123 – Dinning space with a microwave, refrigerator, and legacy arcade games!
- Small Conference Room | CEM-126 – A secluded space with a long conference table and A/V projection support
- The Bridge | CEM-127 – A large classroom with stadium seating and A/V projection equipment (reservation required)
- Studio 500 – Production spaces, green room, wardrobe & make up rooms, lighting and grip equipment, and a 3,500+ sq ft sound stage (reservation required)
