Until the next Film and Mass Media Production Meet and Greet event.

Description

At the start of the Fall and Spring semesters the Film and Mass Media Program at the UCF Nicholson School of Communication and Media hosts a Production Meet and Greet event to help student film and video-makers find potential crew for upcoming projects. It is like a jobs fair for UCF student film and television productions. This event also serves as a great opportunity for media creatives to meet new friends and similarly minded individuals to collaborate with on future projects.

All UCF undergraduate and graduate students are welcomed to attend the Production Meet and Greet; but only students of the Film and Mass Media Program are able to setup recruitment stations at this event.

When and Where

The next Production Meet and Greet event is tentatively planned for Saturday, October 7th, 2023. Check back for an update soon..

TBD on the UCF Main Campus. Please check back for updates.

Students Who Want to Volunteer as Crew

All UCF students are eligible to volunteer as crew members. Stop by during the event to discover what projects are gearing up for production and find a crew position that works for you. These projects will need all kinds of help, so students should not be afraid to try on different hats and take on new challenges.

Student Productions Recruiting Crew Members

Student productions who wish to reserve a recruiting table must submit a request form. It is strongly recommended that you create a handout so that each potential volunteer crew member has something to take away with all the important contact information and details about your project. You should also have a way to keep a record of the names and contact info of any students who want to work on your shoot. You can use the Crew Contact Information Form to do this or make your own.

If you wish to recruit crew members at this event, please complete a Production Meet and Greet Submission Form. (PENDING)
